I treat your mitt like it was my own

Located in northern New Jersey, I specialize in re-lacing, minor hand sewing, cleaning, and conditioning. I take great pride in making your glove look new again while keeping the feel that took years to create. Words can not describe the love a player gains for their glove over the seasons. There is no need to replace your beloved glove because its dirty, dry, or has a few broken laces!

Not from the area?

I have worked on gloves from all over the country. Simply send your glove, include a return label, and when I’m done I’ll ship it back!

Testimonials

I gave Mike a 30 years old Rawlings Heart of the Hide glove. The palm and leather were in pretty rough shape. Mike restrung and reconditioned the whole glove. He even repaired some small tears near the web. In addition, he added a palm pad which transformed my glove! I have used it a dozen times with my son and it feels like a new glove. Great communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend M. Scott Glove Repair!

I’ve known Mike for many years from hitting lessons. When he first started the company repairing gloves I knew he was the one to go to. He is very reliable and knows what he is doing. He repaired my A2000 infielder glove as well as my Heart of the Hide outfielders glove. I’ve had both mitts for many years and they were old and work out but he made them look and feel like new. I highly recommend getting your glove re-laced by M. Scott Glove Repair!

Mike is always willing to help at a moments notice. I brought two gloves to him this season when we had games the next day and he got them fixed that night! He does great work for a great price!

About Me

MY NAME IS Mike

When I was a freshman in high school I broke a lace on my glove and was devastated. I was young and thought that the glove was trash. After buying a cheap re-lace kit and fixing it I had a huge sense of accomplishment, and relief. Since then I’ve always replaced my laces every few years, cleaned and conditioned my mitts regularly, and fixed and repaired fellow team mates gloves. More recently I found myself repairing many gloves for young players I give lessons to and that is how the business began. Although it seems like a new business I have been doing this for over 15 years and have learned many tricks of the trade along the way!
